Founded by Shmuel Mashiach in 2017, Dimensions assembled the best team of Culinary Chef’s, Catering Directors and Production Managers with a combined experience of over 80 years in the buisness of Kosher Catering. In November of 2018, Panosh Kosher Catering and Chef Glenn joined the Dimensions family bringing his delicious food and high-touch service, creating a whole new level of cuisine to our community. Meet the team
As CEO of Dimensions Kosher Catering, Sam brings 25 years of experience to Dimensions. As Founder of Eved Services, he built a company that became corporate America’s choice for event planning services. Sam’s deep relationships with the hotel industry and business savvy has helped Dimensions climb to new heights. Sam focuses on Dimension’s partnerships and venues, finding new opportunities around the Midwest to offer kosher food. Sam has a vision to bring the excellence of kosher catering by exceeding the expectations of every client Dimensions services.
As Executive Chef, Glenn brings more than 40 years of experience in the Foodservice industry. Before joining Dimensions, Glenn was Executive Chef and Owner of Panosh Kosher Catering for 15 years. Chef Glenn is a 1983 graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. Upon Graduation, Glenn returned to Chicago and began work with Don Roth’s Restaurants where he had done his externship from the CIA. In 1987, Glenn was instrumental in opening a brand-new restaurant, Superior Street Café in the River North neighborhood of Chicago. Whether an event of 50 or 1000 guests, Chef Glenn’s cuisine is stunningly beautiful and always delicious. He truly takes the customer vision and turns it into reality.

Merry Jean Nano-Lee
Director of Catering Special Events
If Merry Jean is running your event, you can truly be a guest. As one of our Catering Directors, Merry Jean works closely with our clients to bring their vision to reality. Merry Jean is loved by her clients for her attention to detail, patience and reliability. Merry Jean is a veteran in the Catering Hospitality world. Merry Jean has worked with our team for over 12 years, prior she worked with the Historic Hilton Chicago and the Palmer House Hilton for a 13 year period. Merry Jean has executed some of the largest events in Chicago and continues to bring her passion and elite experience to our team. Merry Jean graduated with a bachelor’s degree of Business Management from Robert Morris university.
Director of Finance
Avi is our Director of Finance supporting the company in all aspects of financial and administration. Prior to joining Dimensions, Avi worked in finance for other small companies, including serving as the Chief Financial Officer of a start-up. Avi has a Finance degree from Touro College, where he graduated Sum Cum Laude.
Director of Sales- Retail
Yael is our Director of Retail supporting the company in all aspects of development by strategizing and executing customer value propositions. Yael identifies new business opportunities and redesigns conventional methods to support future operating models. She coordinates with hotels to bring kosher meals to their clients.
As an Event Coordinator, Rivka supports our retail division servicing our individual kosher meals to your favorite venues across Chicago. Rivka also supports our catering division for our kiddishum and drop off business. Rivka is loved by her clients for her attention to detail and excellent service.
Director of Concessions
Donny is our Director of Concessions guiding the company in offsite opportunities and providing our services to stadiums, ball parks, and different venues. With five years of experience in the food industry, Donny seeks to disrupt the Kosher market and expand Dimensions concession department.
