Sam’s deep relationships with the hotel industry and business savvy has helped Dimensions climb to new heights. Sam focuses on Dimension’s partnerships and venues, finding new opportunities around the Midwest to offer kosher food. Yael is our Director of Retail supporting the company in all aspects of development by strategizing and executing customer value propositions. Yael identifies new business opportunities and redesigns conventional methods to support future operating models. She coordinates with hotels to bring kosher meals to their clients.
