Over the years, our journey in establishing and managing multiple companies has led us to explore various hotels, restaurants, and unique venues across the country. Dining with colleagues, clients, prospects, and friends plays a pivotal role in our business engagements. However, as kosher consumers, we often found ourselves either with limited food options or settling for subpar meals wrapped in layers of tinfoil.

Recognizing this gap, we launched kosher individual meals to seamlessly integrate into the dining experience. Our commitment goes beyond mere convenience. We understand the importance of culinary diversity, reflected in our menu offering a range of delicious options catering to various tastes and preferences. We prioritize good service, aiming to redefine kosher dining not only through quality ingredients and thoughtful preparation but also by delivering attentive, top-notch service. About Us

Established in 2017 by Shmuel Mashiach, Dimensions has curated an exceptional team of culinary chefs and production managers. Our primary emphasis at Dimensions is on service and quality. We proudly maintain a 100% kosher status, overseen by the Chicago Rabbinical Council (CRC).

Our Kosher platters have the same high-quality food and presentation you have come to expect from Dimensions, with a simple and standardized ordering process. Our menu ranges from appetizers and desserts, to breakfasts, receptions and dinners. We provide full-service white glove delivery ensuring the food stays fresh from our door to yours.

KOSHER INDIVIDUAL MEALS

We are well known for our Kosher Individual Meals for your kosher guests attending a non-kosher event at a restaurant, venue, hotel or place of business. Our Kosher meals carry the highest standard of Kosher certification. Our Kosher meals can be ordered through over 100 restaurants, venues, hotels and places of business in the Chicagoland area.

KOSHER IN-ROOM DINING

Our In-Room Dining program launching fall of 2019, is our latest service to launch on a limited basis with some of the finest hotels in the country. Our signature wrap and shipping allow the meals to stay fresh and delicious from our door to your guest’s room. We help you create a great and inclusive experience for all your guests.

KOSHER GRAB AND GO

We understand that people today are busier than ever, that’s why we’ve set out to remove the roadblocks of eating wholesome, kosher food. Our team places fresh food in some of the most popular locations in Chicago to ensure no Kosher client goes hungry.

As CEO of Dimensions Kosher Catering, Sam brings 25 years of experience to Dimensions. As Founder of Eved Services, he built a company that became corporate America’s choice for event planning services.  Sam’s deep relationships with the hotel industry and business savvy has helped Dimensions climb to new heights. Sam focuses on Dimension’s partnerships and venues, finding new opportunities around the Midwest to offer kosher food. Sam has a vision to bring the excellence of kosher catering by exceeding the expectations of every client Dimensions services.

YAEL MILOBSKY
Director of Sales
Yael is our Director of Sales supporting the company in all aspects of development by strategizing and executing customer value propositions. Yael identifies new business opportunities and redesigns conventional methods to support future operating models. She coordinates with hotels to bring kosher meals to their clients.
